Lucila Lalu, the original chop chop lady, was murdered and dismembered in Manila in 1967. The police poorly handled the murder case, and it remains unsolved. 

It is a bizarre murder case which became even stranger when Steve Hodel claimed his father was the murderer.

In the West, the murder is called the Jigsaw Murder because the police had to reassemble her body like a jigsaw.
